We’ve always done it this way: from the very start, we’ve worked from various locations. This gives us the flexibility we want in our lives. Right from the beginning, we built an infrastructure that allows us to communicate and collaborate seamlessly from wherever we work. This includes home office options as well as the choice to work from a co-working space or our office in Kiel. It’s important to us that everyone can work as flexibly as needed to fit their personal work style and life circumstances.
